Ingredients
- 45ml Vodka
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur
- 45ml Apple juice
- 15ml Freshly squeezed ime juice
- 10ml Simple syrup*
- 2 x Raspberries
- 1 x Strawberry
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish - Mint sprig and skewered berries
Method
- Add the berries to the shaker and muddle
- Add all other ingredients excluding the soda, and shake over ice
- Double strain into the highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and briefly stir
- Garnish with mint sprig and skewered berries
